Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Important Reminder: Updated Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Any cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 100% charge for the scheduled service. This policy is in place to respect both our time and the time of clients on our cancellation list who are eager to book.

In the event of a no-show or last-minute cancellation, an invoice will be sent to your email for the full service charge. Payment can be made through e-transfer or credit card. Kindly ensure that the payment is made promptly to avoid any further complications.

We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these policies. Your commitment helps us maintain a fair scheduling system for all clients. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will be happy to assist you in finding an alternate time.
